Hidden Photoshoot Locations in Lisbon: Discover the City Like a Local

In this blog post, I want to share some of the best hidden photoshoot locations in Lisbon. Places that are off the beaten path and away from the usual tourist crowds.

Lisbon is not far from my home, and I visit this beautiful city frequently for photoshoots. However, I realized that I kept returning to the same well-known spots, never truly discovering the city’s lesser-known treasures.

The neighbourhood of Alfama for example is definitely one of the most photogenic parts of the city due to the old, authentic buildings but it is also usually very crowded.

To experience Lisbon from a fresh perspective, I met up with Fien, a Belgian travel designer who has been living in Lisbon for years. She introduced me to a side of the city I had never seen before.

A part of the city that I didn’t know very well yet is Mouraria. It is the city’s melting pot where different cultures come together. It offers the most stunnig views.

Fien guided me through hidden corners, breathtaking viewpoints, charming spots in Graça, and stunning historical buildings… Places I would have probably never found on my own. Thanks to her expertise, I now feel more like a local and can take you to the most photogenic locations in Lisbon.
